Project Overview: We created a landscape report and led a virtual training about technology solutions for Nonprofit volunteer recruitment. I worked with Tech Impact Idealware to find ways technology can make volunteer recruitment easier for organizations, and more efficient recruitment tools to help with the process. I spoke with professionals the field—including consultants, software providers, and volunteer managers—and looked at a wide range of technology solutions. Following this research I compiled my findings in a detailed report and led a virtual training that is recorded and available online.
